Wichita 2010!
We took a family trip back to Wichita to visit Graham and Jessica and to let Jen and Tyler experience a BB game in Koch Arena. The fans are GREAT and loud. There's a lot of enthusiasm backing the Shocker's. We just happened to be there during the Artic Blast. BRRRR!

Jen - a little camera shy on the airplane.

Ty - a little camera hostility.

Jess enjoyed breakfast with us before we left Wichita. Notice the hot chocolate in Tyler's hand. I think I must have drank a gallon of that stuff - it was COLD! 4 degrees in the middle of the day.

Jessica found another interest during her husband's game. Don't tell Graham she probably wasn't watching his fantastic game. This is Trinity, Graham's teammates baby. Isn't she cute.

Wearing our "Shocker" gold.

We had to learn the Shocker "signs" during the game. Look at Jen's hand.

Look at Kenny's hand. "W" for Wichita.

Graham & Jessica after the game - eating at a famous Kansas barbecue restaurant.

I don't know why we aren't bundled up with our heavy coats and scarfs - I think it must have warmed up to freezing when this picture was taken. - we commented we felt like that little boy in "The Christmas Story" with all of our layers. (even though I don't have a picture of it). Believe me when it was so cold we didn't stop to take any pictures - you just rushed to get inside a warm building.

We had a great trip. It was an experience we'll never forget. We don't get to experience that kind of weather very often. Thanks Graham and Jessica for a fun weekend at your place.
Go Shox!!!!!!!!!!

Out with the OLD.....

In with the NEW!

In comes the OLD... or another year older.

Jen's 19 years old. After our dinner out as a family we came home to eat her requested ICE CREAM CAKE. (Oreo Fudge Ice Cream Cake)

Brotherly love!

Heavenly Bite.

Mom and Dad celebrating with Jentay.

Happy Birthday Jentay! What a joy she has been to us. She is so compassionate, giving and always thinking of others. (Except when she's beating our buns on every game we play with her).
She's a winner and a keeper.
We love you!
P.S. It's a good day because baby Boston came home from the hospital for New Year's Eve. He has been in the hospital since Monday with RSV. Poor little guy was so sick. He's had a rough start in this world. We call him our "Miracle Baby" because he's had to be so strong amidst his trials as a new born. They also said he has Acid Reflux, which they are treating with medication. Hopefully he can be a little more comfortable. Hang in there Boston. (and mom and dad)
